Brianna Williams is an associate at Stokes Roberts & Wagner, ALC. Brianna’s practice focuses on commercial, labor and employment, personal injury litigation, and entertainment law. She also assists her clients with preventive advice in the drafting of employee handbooks, review of contracts, board resolutions and policies, practices and procedures. Prior to entering private practice, Brianna was a federal law clerk for The Honorable Ralph E. Tyson, Chief Judge, in the United States District Court in the Middle District of Louisiana. Before entering the legal arena, Brianna ran a website and graphic design company aimed at addressing the unique needs of creative professionals. As part of her duties, Brianna brokered CD replication agreements with nationally recognized companies; regularly assisted her clients with the attainment of copyrights and mechanical licenses for the recording and manufacture of cover songs; and facilitated the digital distribution of her clients’ releases through established outlets. Brianna is also an active member of the community. She served as the Director of Communications for the National Bar Association, the oldest and largest minority bar association in the nation, with a network of over 44,000 African-American attorneys and judges.She was a guest lecturer in Music Business and Promotion at Loyola University, she has participated as a panelist and speaker in the areas of networking and development at Louisiana State University, and she frequently mentors the next generation as an active motivational speaker at elementary and middle schools. Brianna is admitted to practice in both Georgia and Louisiana. In her free time, she enjoys playing jazz piano professionally.
